St. Michael Youth Review:

"The Story of Esther shows how God can work in merciful and beautiful ways. Esther, a young woman who defies all odds by having complete and total faith in God. When the life of her people is threatened she Faces death by her husband and king, but she walks with complete trust in God to confront him. Overall this was a great movie." - Ava

“Ester shows what it is to be a strong woman who defies incredible odds, facing danger while an adviser conspires to have her people destroyed.  Coping with the difficulties of being married to a childish king, she begs God to help her cause.  A few scenes between the married king and queen become intimate although nothing is inappropriate.  A person is hanged, dinner guests become drunk, some strange theater masks appear, and thugs hurt Esther's cousin. An overall good movie! :)” - Owen

“Esther is a powerful movie that shows a brave woman standing up for herself and others she cares about. She does this with just a careless king and God by her side. But there are a few scenes that weren't exactly PG, like a man being hanged and some violent scenes. Thank you” - Arni
