Leading Stewardship Across Church, School & Preschool

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Christina O’Neill as the Director of Development and Community Engagement for St. Michael the Archangel Parish. This newly established position will provide leadership and vision for the stewardship of our church, school, and preschool, ensuring that our mission of proclaiming the Gospel is strengthened through faithful engagement and sound financial support.
In this role, Ms. O’Neill will serve as a liaison with parishioners, alumni, community organizations, and benefactors who share in our commitment to Catholic education and parish life.
Ms. O’Neill joins us after fifteen years of service at Cisco Systems, where she held a variety of business and community-oriented positions, most recently as Director of Strategy and Planning. She brings a wealth of experience in strategic development and organizational leadership, as well as a deep desire to place her professional gifts at the service of the Church. A graduate of Cornell University, she earned her MBA from Duke University and is fluent in Spanish.
A parishioner of St. Michael for many years, Ms. O’Neill has lived in the Triangle area for more than two decades. Her two children, Norah and Nolan, are students at St. Michael School. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, volunteering, and time with family and friends. Above all, she looks forward to serving God and our parish with dedication and faith.
