Who do we help?

Any mother, regardless of religious denomination, who chooses life for her unborn child, and who lacks support.

What help can we provide to you?

When you contact our hotline, your needs are assessed and you are either invited in to take a pregnancy test and receive counseling with Birthchoice, or put in contact with our volunteers. First of all, our volunteers keep you and your child in their daily prayers. If you wish so, we set up a team of 2 or 3 volunteers to support you during pregnancy, at and after the birth. With the help of various subcommittees, and depending on your needs, they may provide:

occasional meals and baby-sitting,
transportation to doctor's appointments and job interviews,
clothing (maternity, infant and toddler),
assistance with the birth and baptism,
invitations to family gatherings or outings,
referrals to specific resources that you may need (adoption, housing, counseling, legal aid, etc.),
etc.

In essence they become your mentors and friends, offering hospitality, hope and the love of Christ. The ongoing contact will help you stabilize and feel secure.
